Your data, and how to have it deleted.

This page explains what StartupAmplify (a product of Quantivo AI, LLC) stores, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors list.

What we hold

Account
Your email, authentication data, and billing records.
Launch kits
The products you upload — names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, URLs, maker info.
Submissions & evidence
The record of what was submitted where, plus the screenshot evidence of each run.
Managed identities
Aliases and accounts the agent created on directories for assisted (Tier-2) submissions.
Usage data
Product and analytics events, as described in the Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your account, launch kits, submissions and evidence within 30 days. Two honest exceptions: billing and tax records we're legally required to retain, and routine backups, which age out on their normal cycle rather than being erased instantly.

Listings already submitted

Deleting your data with us does not remove listings that were already published on third-party directories — those live on the directories' own systems. Where the agent created a managed account or alias for an assisted submission, we can deactivate it and hand over or close it on request; for listings you'll want to keep controlling, we can transfer ownership details so you can manage them directly.

How to request deletion

Email contact@startupamplify.com from your account email, or with enough detail to verify ownership. You can also ask for a copy of your data. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
