Customer-evidence policy

Proof you can trust, or we don't show it.

The fastest way to lose credibility in this niche is manufactured proof — the fake reviews and invented results that competitors lean on. This policy is our commitment not to do that, and it governs every testimonial, logo, quote, and customer number we ever publish.

Consent first

We never publish a customer's name, logo, quote, or numbers without their explicit permission for that specific use. No opt-out-buried-in-the-terms; a clear yes, or it doesn't go up.

Verified before published

Any result we attribute to a customer is checked against real data — their analytics, a live listing, a screenshot — before it appears. If we can't verify it, we don't publish it.

No manufactured proof

No invented testimonials, no fake reviews, no stock-photo "customers", no logos of companies that aren't actually customers. If something is illustrative rather than real, we label it as illustrative.

Dated and in context

Results carry a date and the context around them, and follow the same correlation-vs-causation discipline as our case studies — we don't imply we caused an outcome we can only correlate with.

Ours vs. theirs, kept distinct

Our own portfolio dogfood data is labelled as dogfood data, not passed off as independent third-party customer proof.

Withdrawable

A customer can ask us to remove their testimonial or evidence at any time, and we'll take it down promptly — no justification required.

Withdraw or ask a question
